Orders with print-ready artwork submitted before 4PM EST ship the next business day. Orders placed after 4PM EST will require one additional business day for production.

Orders over 100 quantity may require up to 2 additional business days.

If design assistance, artwork revisions, or proof approvals are needed, production time may be extended by 1–2 business days depending on the complexity of the project and approval response times.

We only accept PNG files for this product.
Artwork should be submitted with transparent backgrounds.

• File must be transparent background
• Require ⅛” safety margin along all edges to avoid print cut off in trimming
• 5/0 color printing
• Max size 22” x 120”
• Transfers will be trimmed to ordered size
• Minimum detail size – Uploaded artwork should not contain elements smaller than 0.02 inch(0.5 mm). Fine details below this threshold may result in printing or adhesion issues during application.

Our DTF is a cold peel film. Heat, pressure, and time should be adjusted according to individual machines and substrates. The following are general recommendations for reference only.

• Pressure: 35-50 PSI
• Pre-Press: 5-7 seconds until moisture is gone
• Press: 290-320℉ 10-20 seconds
• Post-Press: 5-7 seconds with a teflon sheet or other preferred material
