By submitting my artwork, I acknowledge that I am responsible for the quality, resolution, spelling, colors, sizing, and overall appearance of the files provided. Royal Print Company will print artwork as submitted unless design assistance or file setup services are requested.
By submitting this order, I understand the $20 design fee includes basic layout and file setup only. I am responsible for providing all necessary text, logos, and images. Logo design, custom illustrations, and complex graphic design services are not included.

Our Pole Banners have high visual impact and citywide exposure. Take your message outdoors with these double sided graphics. We print in full color a single piece of vinyl front and back. Finished banners include 2" inch pole pockets and a grommet at each corner seam to keep your product in place.

*Wind slits can help reduce wind stress on outdoor banners by allowing airflow through the material. Recommended for larger outdoor banners.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is approximately 5 business days for orders submitted with print-ready artwork.

If design assistance is selected, additional time may be required depending on the design and proof approval process.

Artwork Guidlines

For best results, please provide:

  • High-resolution files (300 DPI recommended)
  • Preferred formats: PDF, AI, EPS, or high-quality PNG/JPG
  • CMYK color mode for accurate print output
  • Convert text to outlines/flatten artwork
