What products do you offer?
Royal Print Company offers a wide range of custom print products including banners, signs, stickers, decals, marketing materials, apparel graphics, business cards, posters, and more.
Do you offer design help?
Yes. Design assistance is available for many products, whether you already have artwork started or need help creating something from scratch.
What file types do you accept?
Common file types include PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, and PSD files. Vector files are preferred whenever possible for the best print quality.
What if I don’t have print-ready artwork?
No problem. Artwork can be reviewed before production, and design assistance is available if adjustments or setup help are needed.
How long does production take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the product and order size. Some products qualify for fast turnaround production, including select 2-day turnaround items.
Do you offer local pickup?
We currently only offer delivery and shipping on our products. Local installation is available on certain products.
Will the printed colors match my screen exactly?
Colors can vary slightly between screens and printed products due to differences in monitors, materials, and printing processes. Minor color variation is normal in commercial printing.
Can I order custom sizes?
Yes. Many products are available in custom sizes. If a size or option is not listed online, feel free to request a custom quote.
Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
Yes. Bulk pricing and custom quotes are available for larger orders, businesses, organizations, schools, and events.
Can I reorder previous projects?
In many cases, yes. Reordering is often quicker if previous artwork and project files are already on file.
What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
If there’s a production defect, print quality issue, or shipping damage, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order so the issue can be reviewed for a possible reprint.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because products are custom printed specifically for each order, refunds and returns are generally not offered. However, qualifying issues related to production or shipping may be eligible for a reprint.
