Refund and Returns Policy

Because most products are custom printed specifically for each order, Royal Print Company does not offer refunds or returns on completed orders.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If an order arrives with a print quality issue, production defect, or damage that occurred during production or shipping, we may offer a reprint depending on the situation.

Examples of issues that may qualify for a reprint include:

  • Printing defects or production errors
  • Incorrect product produced from approved artwork
  • Damage caused during shipping or handling
  • Major color or print quality issues outside normal print variation

To request a review or reprint, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue when possible.

Please note:

  • Minor color variation between screens and printed products is normal
  • Customer-submitted artwork errors, typos, low-resolution files, or design approval mistakes are not eligible for refunds or reprints
  • Damage caused after delivery or improper installation is not covered
